ARA provides technology consulting services including customer experience as a service, AI-assisted systems, website and mobile app development, telesales, and customer support. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate agreement or proposal.
3. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its systems, or data. You may not scrape, copy, or republish content without our prior written consent.
4. Support Chat
The in-site chat feature is provided for support and inquiry purposes. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the chat respectfully. We reserve the right to discontinue conversations that are abusive, spam, or otherwise inappropriate.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of ARA Consulting Services or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only.
6. Client Materials
Where you provide materials, data, or access for the purpose of delivering services, you represent that you have the right to do so and grant ARA a limited license to use them solely to perform the agreed services.

The Site may link to third-party websites and integrate third-party services. ARA is not responsible for their content, functionality, or practices and assumes no liability for any reliance on them.

The Site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or services, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

11. Pricing and Payment
Where applicable, fees and payment terms for services are specified in the relevant proposal or subscription agreement. Website and app development packages are indicative; custom scopes are quoted separately. Taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the client.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
